We’re looking for individuals who have worked less than three years within the sector, but have already firmly left their mark. This is your opportunity to celebrate those industry stars who are showing the most initiative and creativity and who are on the path to a shining future.
Things to consider when writing your nomination:
Showcase how the individual is making a positive impact on the events industry
Demonstrate their growth over their time in the sector so far and any achievements they have enjoyed along the way
Provide information on how the nominee has benefitted their organisation and any key projects that they have been involved in that have been particularly successful
Emphasise how their impact on the events industry is beyond the norm and why they deserve to be considered a ‘star’
If you have access to the information, include any stats and figures that help illustrate the nominee’s positive impact on their organisation, or the industry
Additional information to consider to boost your nomination:
Consider what the nominee is doing both within and beyond their day job – are they active networkers? Do they have a strong social media presence? These are just examples, but any way you can demonstrate how your nominee goes above and beyond what is expected of them will be helpful.
Judges' Considerations:
The judges will be looking for how nominees have had a positive impact on their organisation and/or the wider events industry. It is important that the judges can clearly understand how the nominee has performed in a way that would be considered beyond the ‘norm’ and why they are ‘one to watch’ for the future.
Submission Format:
Provide a detailed narrative (max 1000 words) outlining why the individual is a rising star
Include supporting documentation, images, videos, or testimonials to strengthen your nomination
Clearly label and organise your submission based on the criteria outlined above
