Voting is now open for M&IT Awards 2025 amid a category refresh
M&IT Awards: 19 September 2025, JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London
Voting is now open for the 38th M&IT Awards, which take place on Friday 19 September 2025 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
This year, the programme’s organisers have refreshed the categories in line with industry feedback: a. brand new M&IT Editor’s Award will make its debut and three of the judged categories have been archived.
This year’s hotly contested 18 categories are:

M&IT editor Paul Harvey explained, “Voting for the M&IT Awards is now open until 25 April, which gives companies over three months to canvas for votes from UK-based customers and partners. They don’t even need to sign-up or register to enter and it’s really simple to create a canvassing campaign – previous winners have told us clear messaging makes all the difference, and I would recommend starting ASAP to make the most of the voting window. And, for companies who are yet to start canvassing, why not make 2025 your year? All our 2024 winners are still online if you’re looking for inspiration.”
Multiple M&IT Awards winner Andrew Deakin, managing director of Conference Care, added: “The M&IT Awards are voted for by customers. And that means a lot. It means we must be doing something, right. For our customers to take time out and vote for us. It actually gets me emotional. I think it's quite special.
Sharing tips on getting votes, he added, “You've got to be close to your customers and talking to them. We don't really have any sort of high touch marketing campaign. We let people know that we are entering the award, and then we leave it up to them. You can't twist someone's arm and get them to vote for you. They will or they won't. But have a bit of fun with them. Life is too serious these days.”
Organised by M&IT, part of Northstar Meetings Group, the glittering and glamorous M&IT Awards took place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London for the first time last year. A who’s who of the UK events industry, it united 900 industry professionals to recognise the phenomenal people, businesses, creativity and resilience that drives the industry forward year after year.
Voting will close on Friday 25 April and everyone who casts at least one vote for one of the nominees will be entered into a prize draw to win a seven-day, all-inclusive trip for two to St Vincent & the Grenadines courtesy of Sandals Resorts International and Virgin Atlantic.
